As Director of the SportsCare Performance Institute, Scott trains athletes of all skill levels ranging from Youth to Professional in the areas of speed, strength, power and agility while managing all the programs and operations at SPI. A former competitor in swimming, track & field and mixed martial arts, Scott works with athletes of all sports including members of the NY Jets, Olympians and US National Team Members. Before coming to SportsCare, Scott gained internship experience at Velocity Sports Performance and RehabWorks at NASA Kennedy Space Center.
In addition to performance and fitness coaching, Scott provides on-site emergency care and medical coverage for high profile Obstacle Races, 5ks, and Marathons across the Tri-State area with SportsCare’s Sports Medicine team. As a leader of SportsCare’s ACL RTP Program, he incorporates the latest research-based injury prevention and recovery methods into our performance programs and is recognized by some of the regions’ top orthopedic surgeons. He is a published writer for several top performance publications including his role as a STACK.com Expert Contributor.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sports Medicine and Athletic Training from Quinnipiac University where he worked with Division I football teams at Yale University and University of Virginia. He is a Certified Athletic Trainer under the BOC, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA, and holds a Functional Movement Systems Certification in addition to CPR and AED Professional Rescuer Certifications.
Athlete Recruiter / Soccer Performance Coach
With a strong background in injury prevention and soccer training, Ashley devotes her expertise to SPI by facilitating the recruitment process and serving as liaison between SportsCare’s leading team of healthcare professionals and world-renowned physicians. She constantly strives to positively impact the community through team outreach and development with some of the region’s top programs in addition to providing injury prevention screenings for local organizations and events including 5Ks, obstacle races, marathons, etc. At SPI, Ashley provides soccer-specific training in addition to facilitating athlete performance evaluations and leading SPI|LIFE training sessions for the active adult.
Ashley received her Undergraduate Degree in Exercise Science from East Stroudsburg University before completing her Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology from East Stroudsburg University. She also serves as the Head Girls Junior Varsity Soccer Coach and Assistant Varsity Soccer Coach at Kinnelon High School. Ashley is currently pursuing a certification in Strength and Conditioning and Sports Nutrition as she trains to compete in physique and fitness through the NPC.

As an SPI Performance Coach, Ben has trained a wide variety of athletes, ranging from youth to collegiate level. With specialties in sport-specific conditioning and basketball tactic, Ben trains some of the top performing athletes in the area through an emphasis on mobility, Injury Prevention and finely tuned form and technique.
Ben holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science with a Concentration in Nutrition from the University of Scranton, where he served as an intern for their Division III athletic programs. Before coming SportsCare, Ben has served as a Physical Therapy Aid at in Manhattan, and has worked as an Assistant Basketball Coach for St. Bartholomew Academy Middle School in Scotch-Plains, New Jersey.
Ben continues to compete in different basketball leagues around New Jersey and has a strong passion for weightlifting and strength training. He uses the same passion and experience at SportsCare Performance Institute to help athletes mature to high levels of performance. Ben fully commits to every athlete and helps them reach their highest levels of potential.
A former Division I Decathlete, Dylan coaches athletes of all levels to reach their potentials in speed, acceleration and strength. As the Team Captain for East Carolina University’s Track and Field Team, he broke the school records in both Heptathlon and Decathlon for 3 consecutive years, achieving multiple all-conference honors as well as academic honors. Before coming to SPI, Dylan served as an intern for East Carolina Strength and Conditioning, where he worked with a variety of sports including one of the top ranked football programs in the country. He specializes in sprinting mechanics, lifting technique and Division 1 athlete preparation.
Dylan graduated with a degree in Sports Studies through the College of Health and Human Performance. He holds certification in CPR/AED/ First Aid for the professional rescuer and is currently pursuing his CSCS certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Jonathan saw high levels of success as a division I athlete for Seton Hall University Baseball and continues his role in athletic development as a Performance Coach at SPI. In addition to sport-specific baseball coaching, Jon drives clients to success whether they are youth and high school athletes or adult SPI|LIFE members.
As a Varsity DI student athlete, Jon received his Bachelor’s Degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Seton Hall University while being Named Big East Academic All-Star and winning the Big East Championship in 2011. His multisport background includes 4 years of both football and baseball at Livingston High School, where his football team won the state championship in 2008 and Baseball team won the Essex County Tournament in 2009 going 21-5. He played in the Cal Ripken Collegiate Summer League summer of 2012 and was nominated First Team all-Ripken at the end of the summer in addition to making the all-star team.
With a strong volunteering background, Jon has served as basketball music operator and flag football retriever at the Special Olympics as well as preparing packages for distribution to homeless shelters with his baseball team. In addition, Jon has logged over 170 hours contributing at leading regional clinics where he observed numerous settings such as; inpatient, outpatient, orthopedics, spinal cord, and neurological disorders as he looks to pursue his career as a physical therapist.
Athletic Trainer / Performance Coach

Joseph Frasciello works for Sportscare Performance Institute as both an athletic trainer and a performance coach. Joe trains youth level up to higher-level elite athletes with a focus on football and ice hockey. Growing up playing all different types of sports ranging from football, soccer, basketball to baseball, and ice hockey, Joe is able to train a variety of different athletes. Originally working as an aid in our Elmwood Park facility, Joe has been with SportsCare for 6 years contributing his expertise of injury prevention and rehabilitation to the team. In addition to being a performance coach, Joe has served as a physician extender for Dr. Boiardo and provides on-site medical coverage for events such as 5K’s, 10K’s, and obstacle races.
Throughout Joe’s athletic career he was able to achieve a sectional hockey title and was named player of the month, in February 2007, by the New Jersey Devils. During his senior year he was also awarded the sportsmanship award and MVP of the league award. Joe was able to play ice hockey for three years at Montclair State University, before ending his career with an ACL injury and ruptured spleen. Joe earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Athletic Training from Montclair State University. He is a Certified Athletic Trainer, through the Board of Certification and licensed by the New Jersey Board of Medical Examiners.

Caitlin has earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management from Manhattan College where she received a full scholarship to play Division I basketball. During Caitlin's 4 years at Manhattan she was 1st team ALL MAAC, 2nd team ALL MET, All-Academic team, 1399 college career points. She continued her career professionally overseas for three seasons playing for the Manchester Mystics and Nottingham Wildcats in the United Kingdom. Caitlin helped lead her team to a National Cup Final and a National League Final Fours. She was a Top 5 leading scorer and rebounder in the England Basketball League averaging 24 points per game and 8 rebounds per game. In 2010 Caitlin then took a position as an Assistant Women's Basketball Coach at Manhattan College, that year the team set the record for most wins in a season.
Caitlin has a passion for helping athletes meet their performance goals and maximizing their potential. At SportsCare Performance Institute she is dedicated to improving athletes’ basketball performance and technique through sport-specific camps and clinics. Caitlin currently serves as Varsity Basketball Coach at Convent of the Sacred Heart.
